SkoolDeck ERP (by Macincode Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is committed to safeguarding student, parent, and institutional data with bank-grade encryption and privacy compliance.
1. Information We Collect
SkoolDeck ERP collects institutional data solely for operating school ERP management functions. This includes student profiles, parent emergency contacts, attendance logs, academic examination grades, and fee receipt transactions managed strictly on behalf of client schools.
2. How We Use Data
Student and staff information is processed exclusively to deliver core ERP services, including attendance SMS/WhatsApp alerts, automated fee receipt generation, timetable scheduling, and parent mobile app updates. SkoolDeck ERP does not sell, rent, or trade student data to third-party advertisers under any circumstances.
3. Data Security & Encryption
All communication between user browsers, mobile applications, and SkoolDeck cloud servers is encrypted using 256-bit TLS/SSL protocols. Database records are stored in secure cloud data centers with daily encrypted backups and Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).
4. Parent & Student Data Rights
Parents and legal guardians have the right to access and update student information via the authorized school administration. Upon request by an institution, student records can be archived or deleted in accordance with regulatory board policies and Indian Data Protection Regulations (DPDP Act).
