These terms govern the use of the SkoolDeck ERP platform, mobile apps, and associated school software services provided by Macincode Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or integrating SkoolDeck ERP, educational institutions, administrators, staff members, students, and parents agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and associated Service Level Agreements (SLA).
2. Institution Responsibilities
Subscribing institutions are responsible for maintaining authorized administrator access credentials and ensuring that student attendance records, fee structures, and examination marks entered into the platform are accurate.
3. Service Availability & Maintenance
SkoolDeck ERP guarantees 99.9% cloud uptime. Scheduled maintenance updates are performed outside standard school operating hours with prior notice sent to school administrators.
4. Intellectual Property & White-Labeling
SkoolDeck ERP software architecture, mobile app source code, design systems, and trademarks remain the property of Macincode Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Custom white-labeled mobile applications published for institutions are licensed exclusively for authorized school use.
